I would like
you to recognize the excellent job done by the UMS team. I went with
my wife and a 9 year old to a Home Depot Store to buy a fan, and
expected to spend about $100.00. We saw the booth with the info
about Trane and the two young gentlemen explained us everything.
They asked the right questions about our needs, they were not pushy
and were very proud of Trane and their reputation of zero complaints
with BBB. They explained it was a very busy season, but we should
get a call 2 days later. We received the call 2 days later.
The staff at
UMS was very pleasant to deal with and we setup a home inspection
appointment for 2 days later. Rhett Mayer came to our house and in
90 minutes did a complete assessment of our needs, house conditions,
etc. It was clear he took his job seriously and that he is proud of
the company he works for. Two days later your installation crew came
to our house and this was probably the best part of our excellent
experience. We have had good experiences with contractors, but we
had a terrible one with a flooring company 2 months ago. But Corey
did an outstanding job. During the 2 days the work area was super
clean, no mess, no littering and no noise. Very polite,
professional, helpful and willing to answer any questions we had. I
was also happy to see how UMS took care of asking the city inspector
to come and validate the installation, (a neighbor is having problems
because another company did a poor job, violating the construction
code and is now paying a lot for fixing the problem).
The admin staff
at UMS was very helpful, called me in advance because the
transaction was done through Home Depot and that the credit card
company might be calling to authorize the charge as it was an out of
later we got a follow up handwritten "Thank You". This system
works as well as expected. Very quiet and hopefully energy efficient
as per the Consumer Reports and other independent ratings.

P.S. We tried 2
other Trane dealers in the area. One never showed up and the other
one has a rude sales rep that was "too busy" because summer is the worst
season and treated me like she was doing me a favor by accepting to
sell an expensive system to me. "Thanks but no thanks."

We have had our new Trane XV95 in use for four days,
WOW, what a difference this unit makes in our home comfort, thank

I am a licensed Architect. Having moved here from SE
Florida in March, I took care in evaluating our Townhouse equipment
and installations. We decided to replace our ten year old furnace
after careful inspection and finding out that it was a hazard,
leaked air, and probably didn’t reach 65% efficiency. Filters were
virtually impossible to replace, because in replacing them a person
had to reach up above the fan motor to position flexible media,
which acted as a filter section.
